Who are we?

Eric Rolkowski is the owner of Shire Lawns. The inspiration for our company’s name is from The Lord of the Rings, specifically Hobbits who were known for their passion to care for their land; The Shire.

Eric started his first lawn care company at a young age, 21 years ago. His passion for business led him to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration. Eric then spent 10 years in the mortgage world, originating loans locally at the beaches in Delaware. Many years behind a desk led him to pursue his own business in lawn care. Eric truly means it when he says he loves lawn care!
